WELCOME TO NO-GEXPRO.US & N0-GEXPRO.COM

This website is intended to assist anyone ON DESPERATE GROUND facing the nightmare of disability discrimination in the workplace.

It is not our intent to offer any legal advise here, see a lawyer for that.

If you came to this website to find information on how to "get rich quick" by filing a lawsuit against your employer, leave now as this is not the website for you.  There are many "lawyer related sites" that can help you if that is your intent.

Unfortunately for all of us there are those that would choose to discriminate, retaliate or harass for whatever reason that they see fit, regardless of the reason this type of behavior is still wrong.

If you find yourself or someone that you care about the recipient of EMPLOYMENT DISCRIMINATION or RETALIATION, what can you do?

  • Follow the established "chain of command" provided by your employer*.

  • Review the Information provided in the Left Sidebar of this webpage.

  • Contact a labor attorney that specializes in ADA Title I.

  •  TELL PEOPLE ABOUT YOUR SITUATION, BUILD A SUPPORT NETWORK!

  • File a complaint with the EEOC as quickly as possible**

  • Educate yourself on your rights as a person with a disability (use the JAN Resources).

  • DON'T do stupid things, threaten people, destroy property, commit acts of violence.

What can we all do as persons or business that want to send a message to persons that engage in discrimination, retaliation or harassment?

As persons both private and public, we all have the ability to "send a message" to those that we interact with on a daily basis.

Although you may not realize it "a person like you" is the most credible source of information in today's business environment. This means that YOU have the power to influence your associates and peers regarding important topics and decisions in both your private and professional life.

Take the time to share with your associates and friends how you feel about the issues relating to disability discrimination and how these issues can effect your family or business.

In today's global marketplace many entities doing business in the US are partially or wholly owned by foreign interests and due to cultural differences may not hold the "American system of values" in the same regard as the American people do.

We as Americans are the "most productive workforce" on the planet, a fact to be admired by all, not exploited by some.

Remember Friends,
Make informed decisions regarding purchasing for your home and your business, say no to those that would discriminate or disregard our system of values.

* Try to solve this problem within your company first.  Many times the HR department is not aware of what is going on or tend to "believe" the discriminator / retaliator first.  Present them with facts, but don't delay talking to the EEOC if you sense trouble.

** Coming Soon, filing the EEOC Complaint effectively!
